What are badges?
This is a new way that we get to reward our members for simply using JFC as you normally would! Each month we'll be randomly selecting a member for a prize draw. You get points for everything from logging into your Member Lounge, letting us know that you've booked deals or gain points for even simply completing your traveller profile.
Badges are worth points and points are converted to tickets/entries into a regular monthly Prize Draw where members can win flights at the beginning of every month. Login to your Member Lounge in the app or website to see your points and track your badges.
Accessing your Badges:
Log into your Member Lounge here and you'll find the badges tab on the top navigation bar.
'All' - This is a full list of all of the badges, both completed and not completed
‘To be completed’ - A list of unfinished Badges that you can still earn.
‘Completed’ - All of your collected badges! Well done 🙂
What are Points and Tickets?
Each badge is worth a set amount of points that you earn by using JFC, For every Ten points you get one prize draw entry!

What is the JFC Prize Draw?
The Monthly Prize draw for flight tickets is a contest that we have for members to have the opportunity to win up to £500 towards flight tickets. The draw takes place once a month and a winner is selected randomly from all the eligible entries of participants. Depending on your total accumulated points, members can have multiple entries and increased chances of winning. At the beginning of each month, one winner is randomly selected, and we will pay up to £500 towards the cost of their flight tickets, which allows them to travel to their chosen destination.
