Why am I not receiving emails?


Be sure to check all your filtering folders (especially Spam) to see if any of our emails have been misclassified, and you can search your inbox for them as well. Inbox filters can sometimes send our Flights to folders like Promotions. To ensure you receive our emails, please whitelist us by following the specific directions for your email provider (username@domain) from the account you used to sign up. Additionally, verify that your email settings allow you to receive our emails. To do this:
  1. Log in to your Members Lounge, then click Alert Settings.
  2. Under Email Notifications, ensure that all the emails you'd like to receive are toggled on. If the toggle is blue, you're set to receive emails. Be sure to click 'Save' when you're done.

However, if you'd like to stop receiving emails and only receive in-app notifications, ensure the toggles are greyed out.


If you have followed all these steps and still do not see any incoming emails from us, please log in to your email account using a web browser. Search your inbox for "jack@content.jacksflightclub.com", take a screenshot, and send it to support@jacksflightclub.com. We're here to help!
