Why am I not receiving emails?

The best way to make sure you receive the emails is by adding our email addresses, we send our flight tips from "jack@content.jacksflightclub.com", our newsletter from "detour@travel.jacksflightclub.com" and important messages about your account from "hello@members.jacksflightclub.com" to your address book. Do that first, and then check if they're hiding in your spam folder by searching your inbox. For more specific instructions based on your email domain, check out our page here to walk you through all the steps.

Another thing to check is just to make sure that your settings are set to receive emails. To do that open your Member Lounge and click on 'Alert Settings'

Then under 'Email Notifications' please make sure that you toggle 'Flight Tips via Email'. If it's blue then your emails are set to receive them. Thank click 'Save'

However, if you'd like to turn off receiving emails and only receive in-app notifications, just make sure the switch is greyed out.


If you've followed all of the steps and there's still no sign of incoming emails from up please, and can you log into your email from a web browser, search your inbox for "jack@content.jacksflightclub.com" and send us a screenshot and send it to  support@jacksflightclub.com
