Why am I not receiving emails?
The best way to ensure you receive our emails consistently is by adding our email addresses to your address book:
"jack@content.jacksflightclub.com" - for our Flights.
"detour@travel.jacksflightclub.com" - for our Newsletters.
"hello@members.jacksflightclub.com" - for important messages about your account.
After adding these addresses, be sure to check your spam folder to see if any of our emails have been misclassified, and you can search your inbox for them as well. Inbox filters can sometimes send our Flights to folders like Promotions. To ensure you receive our emails, please whitelist us by following the specific directions for your email provider (username@domain) from the account you used to sign up. - Log into your Members Lounge and click on Alert Settings.
- Under Email Notifications, ensure that Flight Tips via Email is toggled on. If the toggle is blue, you're set to receive emails. Be sure to click Save.
However, if you'd like to stop receiving emails and only receive in-app notifications, just make sure the switch is grayed out.
If you have followed all these steps and still do not see any incoming emails from us, please log into your email account using a web browser. Search your inbox for "jack@content.jacksflightclub.com", take a screenshot, and send it to support@jacksflightclub.com. We're here to help!
