I booked! How can I return the favour?

We're thrilled that we could be part of your next adventure!

To get started, please let us know about your flight! We're all about celebrating our members, which is why we host monthly competitions for those who inform us when they’ve booked one of our Flights. Here are a few ways to give us a shout:

1. Add your postcard to your Lounge on either the Home page or the Postcards tab as shown below:

   

   

2. Go straight to this link on our page of happy travellers and leave us a postcard!
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Flight email that you booked and click on the link that says "Tell us if you booked this trip".
4. Email us at support@jacksflightclub.com.
5. Reply to the email you used to book the flight and let us know!
