Are Round-ups the same as Free tips?

That’s an excellent question! We’ve recently updated the way we send flight alerts to our Free members. 

What's New?

Instead of sending out individual flight tips via email, Free members now receive Round-ups which lessens the amount of emails received. These emails typically include:

1. 1 or 2 Unlocked Tips- These are fully accessible flights with all the booking details. 
2. Active Premium Flights Preview- You can catch a glimpse of some fantastic premium tips, but you’ll need to upgrade to a Premium membership to unlock all the juicy details.

You don’t have to wait for our emails to access the tips, instead you can check out your unlocked tips anytime in your Lounge:

• Look for alerts labelled ‘Unlocked’ in the bottom-right corner. These are your Free tips with full details included.
• Some alerts are marked ‘Unlock Flight’, which are active Premium tips that require upgrading to see all the details. 

Now, with our handy new filters, you can go straight to your unlocked tips by selecting ‘Unlocked for me’. You’ll also notice some tips marked as ‘Archived’ which are past free tips that are no longer available due to price change or availability.
