Are Round-ups the same as free Flights?

That’s an excellent question! We’ve recently updated the way we send Flights to our Standby Travelers. 

What's New?

Instead of sending out individual Flights via email, Standby members now receive Round-ups, which lessens the amount of emails received. These emails typically include:

1. 1 or 2 Unlocked Flights —These are fully accessible flights with all the booking details. 
2. Active Takeoff Flights Preview — You can catch a glimpse of some fantastic Flights that Takeoff members receive. However, you’ll need to upgrade to unlock all the juicy details.

You don’t have to wait for our emails to access the Flights, instead you can check out your unlocked Flights anytime in your Lounge:

• Look for Flights labelled Unlocked in the bottom-right corner. These are Flights available to you with full details included. Even better, you can click the filter Unlocked for me to view them all, or access through direct link here.
• Some Flights are marked Unlock Flight, which are active Takeoff level Flights that require upgrading to see all the details. 

You’ll also notice some Flights are grayed out, which are archived Flights that are no longer available due to price change or availability.
