What's First Class Membership?

We've launched a new membership level, and we can't wait to spill all the exciting details!!!

First Class is now our most premium and limited Jack's Flight Club membership, built for travellers who want access to our full range of Flights along with added flexibility and special hands-on support.

It includes everything that comes with Takeoff membership, plus several additional benefits! These new benefits include:

• Full access to every Flight we find: this includes business and first-class fares.
• First in the queue for earlier access to new Flights: First Class members get sent flights before everyone else.
• Advice for up to two trips per year: receive direct help from our Navigators when you want us to look into specific routes, figure out the best value fares, get destination tips and help with figuring out interesting things to do when you land. We'll customise a detailed Escape Plan for you, built around your trip.  Request your Escape Plan trip.

Note: This benefit primarily applies to departure airports and regions we currently monitor, but we can also assist with airports outside our coverage. However, insights may be limited since we won’t have historical pricing data from that departure. We'll still research the local market and apply our overall knowledge, but we may not be able to provide nearly the same value as we can for airports we cover.

• Expanded filtering options:  access to departures from all the regions we cover and all Flight categories.
• Bonus entries in our monthly prize draw: Bigger Badges and more points, so you can increase your chances and move yourself up the line to win free Flights.
• Two complimentary Takeoff memberships: you can share this with your friends and/or family. Once you've upgraded, head to the avatar icon in the top-right corner and click to open the dropdown menu. From there, head to 'Purchases' and scroll to the bottom, where you'll see 'Share your Membership!' as shown below:
