Do these fares get honoured?

That's a pretty good question, and we've got some great answers!

The vast majority of fares we find are genuinely excellent deals and are honoured 100% of the time. Occasionally, we may spot an error fare and in these cases, we want you to be aware that there is a chance the airline may choose to refund your ticket within a few days of booking if they decide not to honour the fare. However, based on our experience, most error fares are honoured!

The risks associated with booking error fares are very minimal. Our data shows that around 70% of error fares are honoured by airlines. Cancelling tickets is a complex process and can create bad publicity, so most airlines prefer to honour them whenever possible. In some countries (though not the UK), there are laws that require airlines to honour any listed fares.

If your ticket is cancelled, rest assured that you will always receive a full refund. Airlines cannot charge you more than the agreed fare without your permission or keep your money without providing you with a valid ticket.
