How do I delete my account?

At Jack's Flight Club, we are entirely GDPR compliant and happy to provide the same benefits to our members outside the EU!


The first thing you'll need to know is that if you are a current Premium Member, you must cancel your Premium Membership before being able to delete your data. You can easily follow the cancellation steps outlined in this guide.

If you attempt to delete your account while still an active Premium member, this helpful pop-up will appear to guide you:


To delete your account, simply login to your JFC account and navigate to the 'My Account' tab in your Members Lounge. From there, you'll find the 'Delete' option at the bottom right of the page:

Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account by emailing us at support@jacksflightclub.com using the email address you originally signed up with. If you are unable to send the email from your registered address, we may ask for confirmation to verify that you are the account holder.


Keep in mind that if you are a Premium member requesting to delete your account, we cannot issue a pro-rated refund for any remaining time on your subscription and will not be able to restore your account once removed.


Once we receive a request to delete your account, we will make sure to acknowledge and complete the request with confirmation within 30 days :)
