How do I delete my account?
At Jack's Flight Club, we are fully GDPR-compliant and happy to provide the same benefits to our members outside the EU!
The first thing you'll need to know is that if you are a paying member (Takeoff or First Class), you must cancel your membership before you can delete your data. You can easily follow the cancellation steps outlined in this guide.
Note: Unsubscribing from our mailing list does NOT cancel your subscription. If you attempt to delete your account while still an active paying member, this helpful pop-up will appear to guide you:

To delete your account, simply log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Account' tab in your Members Lounge. From there, you'll find the 'Delete' option at the bottom right of the page:

Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account by emailing us at support@jacksflightclub.com using the email address you originally signed up with. If you are unable to send the email from your registered address, we may ask for confirmation to verify that you are the account holder.
Keep in mind that if you are a Takeoff or First Class member requesting to delete your account, we cannot issue a prorated refund for any remaining time on your subscription, and you will not be able to restore your account once it is removed.
Once we receive a request to delete your account, we will make sure to acknowledge and complete the request with confirmation within 30 days :-)
