How do I delete my account?

At Jack's Flight Club, we are entirely GDPR compliant (and happy to provide the same benefits to our members outside the EU as well!).

The first thing you'll need to know is that if you are a current Premium Member you will need to cancel your Premium Membership before being able to delete your data. If you'd like to cancel follow the steps on this guide. If you try to delete your account while still being an active Premium member you'll be shown this pop up:

You can either delete your account through your Member Lounge. Log in to your JFC account and head over to the 'My Account' tab in your portal then click 'Delete' at the bottom right of the page:

Or you can send your request for the deletion of your account, please email us at from the email address you originally signed up to our services. We may request confirmation that you are the account holder if you are unable to message directly from your registered email. Please keep in mind that if you are currently a Premium member and request your account to be deleted, we are unable to process a pro-rated refund for the time left on your subscription and we will be unable to restore your account after deletion is completed.

Once we receive a request to delete your account, we will make sure to acknowledge and complete the request with confirmation within 30 days :)
