How do I change my email address?
We have made improvements to our Members Lounge. If you haven't logged in recently, you'll be prompted to enter your preferences first. Once that's done, you’ll see the options mentioned below for changing your account details :)
Whether you have changed your email address or made a small typo when creating your account, we can definitely sort this out for you!
For both our free and premium members, you can change any contact detail on your account by logging into your Members Lounge here. Open the 'My Account' tab in your profile, enter your updated or new email address in the 'Email Address' field, and then click 'Save':
If you have followed these steps and are getting an error, it might be because there is already an existing account linked to that email address. In that case, you can delete the account with the address you're trying to use by following the steps on this page.
Alternatively, simply reach out to the Member Experience team by sending an email to support@jacksflightclub.com, including the email address you currently use for your JFC alerts and the email address you would like to update it to. The team will get that sorted asap!
