How do I change my email address?

We have improved our Members Lounge. If you haven't logged in recently, you'll be prompted to enter your preferences first. Once this is completed, you'll see the options mentioned below to change your account details :)


For both our free and premium members, you can change any contact detail on your account by logging into your Members Lounge here. Whether you have changed your email address or made a small typo when creating your account we can definitely sort this out for you.


You can change or update your email address by logging into your member's lounge and editing the email address in your Preferences. To do this open the 'My Account' tab in your profile and in the 'Email Address' field please add your updated or new email address

Alternatively follow the steps on this video to update your email address.

If you have followed the steps and you're getting an error it might be because there is already an existing account with that email address linked to it, in that case you can either delete the account with the address you're trying to use by following the steps on this page. Or simply reach out to the Member Experience team by sending an email to support@jacksflightclub.com and include the address that you currently use for your JFC alerts as well as the email address that you would like to update to and the team will get that sorted asap.
