How do I set airport preferences?

Standby, Takeoff, and First Class members can select multiple departure airports across three categories: Home Airport, Long-Haul airports, and Short-Haul airports.

Home Airport: The airport closest to you or the one that’s most convenient for you to travel from.

Long-Haul airports: Airports you’re happy to travel from for those special Flights to more distant destinations.

Short-Haul airports: Airports you’re happy to travel from for domestic or shorter Flights lasting under five hours, perfect for quick trips and weekend getaways.

Note: Members can expect to save significantly on Long-Haul Flights, averaging over £400/€450/$500 per ticket, but there are also plenty of opportunities to find affordable Short-Haul Flights for spontaneous breaks.

How to update your airports

To set your Home, Long-Haul, and Short-Haul airport preferences, head to the Flight Settings section in Members Lounge and click on Edit.

This will open a pop-up showing your available airports. Simply toggle each airport on or off. A blue toggle means the airport is selected and you’ll receive Flights for it. A grey toggle means the airport is not selected.

If the airport you’re looking for isn’t listed, click Add more airports. From there, you can search for and add additional airports to your preferences.

Once you’ve made your selections, click Update, and you’re all set to receive Flights for your chosen airports!

Standby Members

As a Standby member, you can access Flights within your Home region, which is determined by your Home Airport.

For example, if you set London Heathrow (LHR) as your Home Airport, your Home region will be United Kingdom & Ireland. If you want to view Flights departing from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), which is in our Europe region, you'll need to either change your Home Airport to one within that region or upgrade your membership to access additional regions.

Takeoff Members

Takeoff members can access Flights within their Home region, as well as neighbouring regions that we cover.

For example, if your Home Airport is in Canada, you can also access Flights departing from the USA. However, you would not have access to Flights departing from our United Kingdom & Ireland or Europe regions.

First Class Members

First Class members have access to all Flights across all of our regions, regardless of their selected departure airports or Home region.

This means you can browse all the Flights we find, even if they depart from an airport or region outside your current airport preferences.
