How do I book a Flight?

Found a Flight you love but not sure how to book it? We've got you! ✈️

Booking one of our Flights is pretty straightforward. We do the searching and find great prices, then you book directly with the airline or booking website using the links we provide.

Here's how it works!

Please note: The Flight shown below is just an example. Prices and availability may have changed since it was published.

Step 1: Set up your departure airports

Before you start exploring Flights, make sure your departure airports are set up correctly.

We monitor many airports from the regions we cover, and we wouldn't want to send you Flights departing from Germany if you're flying out of New York!

To update your preferences, log in to your Members Lounge and follow our guide to setting your departure airports.

Step 2: Find a Flight you'd like to book

Once your preferences are set, you're ready to explore!

When our Flight Navigators find a great price, we'll share the details in a Flight alert. You can find available Flights in your Members Lounge, and depending on your membership and Alert Settings, you may also receive them by email or through our app.

Step 3: Read the Flight intro

Every Flight starts with a quick introduction to the destination, airline and anything else worth knowing before you book.

And if one of our Navigators has visited the destination (chances are, they have!), we'll sometimes throw in a travel tip or two. 😉

Step 4: Check the Flight details

Now for the good stuff!

The Taking off section is where you'll find the routes, travel dates, prices and booking links we've discovered.

Here's what to look out for:

1. Departure and destination airports: All the routes we've found, with Flights from your selected departure airports highlighted as the first on the list.
2. Travel Dates: The months when we've found the advertised prices available.
3. Standard price: What Flights on these routes would usually cost, so you can see how much you could save.
4. Airlines, bags & fees: The airlines operating the routes, along with baggage information and any additional fees to consider.
5. Likely to last: Our estimate of how long we expect the prices to remain available.

Step 5: Choose your dates and book!

Ready to take off? Here's what to do:

1. Find your preferred departure airport and destination in the Flight alert.
2. Click one of the booking links we've provided for the date combinations we've found.
3. You'll be taken to an airline or booking website where you can review the available flights.
4. Double-check your travel dates, departure and arrival airports, baggage allowances and final price.
5. Once you're happy with everything, follow the booking website's instructions to complete your purchase.

And that's it! You're one step closer to your next adventure 🎉

A quick heads-up: Flight prices can change quickly, so the price you see when booking may differ from the one in our alert. We recommend booking as soon as you're happy with the dates and price.

Remember, Jack's Flight Club is a Flight alert service, not a booking agency. We help you discover great prices, but your booking and payment are handled directly by the airline or booking website you choose.

Step 6: Let us know you've booked!

Booked a Flight we shared? We'd love to hear about it!

At the end of each Flight alert, you'll see a message asking:

"Did you book this flight? If so, make Jack happy and send us a postcard about it here."

Just click the link to tell us about your booking.

We also run monthly competitions for members who let us know they've booked one of our Flights, so don't forget to share your good news!
