How do I book a Flight?
*Below is a sample Flight from some time ago. We're using it purely as an example, as fares on this route have since increased.
Before receiving Flights, you must ensure that you set up your airport preferences. We monitor flights from many airports, and we wouldn't want to send you content to Germany if you're flying out of JFK!
To set your preferences, please log in to your Members Lounge and follow the guide on this page. Remember, Takeoff and First Class members can set a Home airport and short and long-haul departure preferences.
How to book our Flights
Flight intro
This is what a Flight intro looks like! We'll give you quick details about the Flight and anything else you need to be fully informed. If one of our Navigators has visited that destination (they more than likely have!), we'll sometimes add a tip or two as well. 😉
Flight details
The information you'll find in a Flight includes:
- All departure and destination airports and the best prices we've found for each.
- Availability dates for the Flight.
- The airline, luggage allowance, and the standard fare for this route.
- Book by estimate of how long this price will last before it jumps back up.
Booking instructions
This is where we let you know which websites offer the route and how to book it. You can use the blue example dates as a starting point.
