What are Roundups?

Great question! ☺️

Our Standby Roundups are how we send Flights to free users. Instead of receiving individual Flight emails, Standby members get a Roundup — a collection of relevant Flights we’ve sent out that week.

These emails typically include:

1. An unlocked Flight – Fully accessible with all the booking details. New members receive 3 unlocked Flights.
2. Flight previews – A sneak peek at some of the amazing Flights our upgraded members receive. To unlock all the juicy details, you’ll need to upgrade.

You don’t have to wait for our emails to access the Flights; you can check out your unlocked Flights anytime in your Lounge:

• Look for Flights labelled Unlocked in green in the bottom-right corner. These are the Flights available to you with full details included. Even better, you can click the Unlocked for me filter to view them all, or access them via the direct link here.
• Some Flights are marked Unlock Flight, which are active Takeoff or First Class level Flights that require upgrading to see all the details. 

You’ll also notice some Flights are greyed out; they are archived and no longer available due to price changes or availability.
