Why have you stopped the app?

We've made some changes to how our app works, and from now on it's only available with Takeoff membership.

Why the change?

We've found that our Standby members weren't getting much value from the app (based on a number of reviews), so to improve the experience and keep the app truly useful, we've made it a Takeoff-only feature.

Can I still get free Flights?

Yes! Don't worry, you'll still receive our free Flights straight to your inbox, just like always. Plus, you can still browse the Flights and Travel Guides online in your Members Lounge.

How do I keep using the app?

If you'd like to keep using the app and unlock all the features, you can upgrade to a Takeoff subscription plan. You'll get:

• The chance to add as many departure airports
