Why have you stopped the app?

We've made some changes to how our app works, and from now on, it's only available with First Class or Takeoff membership.

Why the change?

We've found that our Standby members weren't getting much value from the app (based on several reviews). To improve the experience and keep the app truly useful, we've made it a paid, membership-only feature.

Can I still get free Flights?

Oh absolutely! Don't worry, you'll still receive our free Flights straight to your email address, just like always. Plus, you can still browse the Flights and Travel Guides online in your Members Lounge.

How do I keep using the app?

If you'd like to keep using the app and unlock all the features, you can upgrade to a paid membership plan. Each membership level comes with its own perks, which you can check out here: First Class and Takeoff.
