Setting long and short-haul preferences

As a Premium Member, you can set your preferences for long and short-haul airports to receive personalized flight alerts.

You might be wondering, "What is the difference between long and short-haul airports?" Long-haul airports are designated for those special trips to distant destinations, while short-haul airports are more accessible for flights lasting under five hours, ideal for those quick weekend getaways.

Members can expect to save significantly on long-haul flights, averaging over £400 (€450 or $500) per ticket, but there are also opportunities to find affordable short flights for spontaneous breaks.

To set your preferences for home, long-haul, or short-haul airports, open the 'Flight Settings' tab in your Members Lounge. In the 'Flight Settings' tab, locate 'Departures for Long-Haul Flights' and 'Departure for Short-Haul Flights' then click on 'Edit.'

This action will open a pop-up with a list of airports. As a Premium member, you can add as many airports as you'd like from the regions we monitor. Simply toggle the airports on or off—blue indicates that you've selected that airport, and you'll receive alerts for it. If the toggle is greyed out, it means you won't receive flights for that airport.

If your desired airport is not listed in the pop-up, click on 'Add more airports.' You will then be able to search for your airports from there. Once you've made your selections, click 'Update,' and you are all set to receive alerts!

If you encounter any issues with your account or feel that you are not receiving alerts, please message the Member Experience team at support@jacksflightclub.com. We will be more than happy to get things sorted!
