When will I get a renewal reminder?

Note: All of our membership plans are automatically renewed by default.

Once you upgrade, your renewal reminders are handled automatically based on your membership type:

• Trials (30 days or less):

  Your welcome email acts as your renewal reminder, letting you know when your trial ends and when your subscription will renew. No additional reminder emails are sent.

• Trials (30 days or less) that have been cancelled:

  You’ll receive a reminder email 14 days before your trial ends, so you can decide if you’d like to continue your membership.

• Trials longer than 30 days, or all paid memberships:

  You’ll receive a reminder email 30 days before your subscription renews.

To view this, sign in to your Members Lounge and open the Purchases tab here. You should see Renewal Reminder with a green tick, which means you're all set!
