When will I get a renewal reminder?

Note: All of our membership plans are automatically renewed by default.

No worries! Once you're upgraded, your renewal reminder is automatically turned on. You'll then receive a reminder to your inbox 30 days before your subscription is set to renew.

To view this, sign in to your Members Lounge and open the Purchases tab here. You should see Renewal Reminder with a green tick, which means you're all set!
