How do I update my subscription?

We have improved our Members Lounge. You'll be prompted to enter your Preferences if you haven't logged in recently. Once this is completed, you'll see the options mentioned below to change your billing details or subscription status :)

For Card Payments:

You can change or update your billing and subscription details at any time from your Member Louge after logging into your account here. Clicking on the dropdown selection in the top upper-right-hand corner will pull up the ‘Subscription’ tab in your profile. If you would like to change your plan length please pop the Member Experience team a message at support@jacksflightclub.com

This will give you the option to update or remove your card details here, cancel your future billing, as well as retrieve your invoices.

On this page, you will see the following information:

  • Current plan
  • Payment method
  • Billing information
  • Invoice history

  • Current Plan

This will tell you the type of plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) as well as the length (1m, 3m, 6m, 12m) of the plan you selected when upgrading to Premium membership. Over here you will also see your renewal date (unless you have already cancelled then you would see the end date) This information is static and will update once you've made the desired changes to your subscription.

  • Payment Method

This is the current card that you have on record that your subscription is currently running on. Card type (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX, etc). if you have more than one card on file you'll see "default" next to the card that is set for your subscription to be processed. (You might have more than one card if you have updated your payment details for an expired card etc). Then you'll see 'Expires' this is just referring to the expiry date for the card. There is also an 'X' next to the expiry date, which you can use to delete your card info on file, however, you will not be able to delete the details unless you have already cancelled. In order to cancel please follow the guide on this page and return to the 'manage your subscription' tab once you've cancelled. Next, you'll see 'Add payment method'.

To add or update your card information click on 'Add payment method' and you'll be redirected to a page that allows you to update your card info. If you'd like to select this as your primary billing card, select 'Use as default payment method' and once you've updated the info you can then click 'add' and your new info will be saved.

  • Billing information

This information is usually auto-filled when upgrading based on your information and personal settings. If you have saved your payment information in the past while doing online transactions your name address and phone number will populate automatically when upgrading. This info in not necessary for JFC as we do not require or use any of your personal information. If you'd like to know more about our privacy policy and how we manage and use your data please feel free to check out this page.

The billing information is also not held by JFC but is managed through Stripe. However, if you would like to update or edit this information simply click on 'Update information' to add the relevant info and click 'Save' to update those details.

  • Invoice history

This is a list of the invoices for the payments that have been processed for your Premium membership. If you need a copy of your invoice you can either email us at support@jacksflightclub.com and we will send it to the email address that we have linked to your JFC Premium account or alternatively you can click on the pop-out button for the invoice you would like to get here:
