How do I update my subscription?
For Card Payments
You can update your billing and subscription details anytime in your Members Lounge. Just log in here, click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner, and select Subscription. From there, head to Manage your subscription.
What you’ll find on the Manage your subscription page:
Current Subscription
See details about your plan type (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) and the duration you selected when upgrading to Takeoff membership. If you joined on a trial, that information appears here too.
This section also shows your renewal date and renewal rate. If you’ve cancelled future billing, you’ll see the end date of your Takeoff period instead.
Payment Method
Shows your active card, including the type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). If you’ve saved more than one, the Default card will be charged.
- To update or add a card, click Add payment method, enter your details, and select Use as default payment method if you want it to replace your old card.
- To delete a card, click the X next to it — note that cards can only be deleted after cancelling your subscription. For cancellation steps, check this guide.
Billing Information
This is autofilled when you upgrade, often using details you’ve previously saved during online payments. Jack’s Flight Club doesn’t store this info — it’s managed securely through Stripe.
To update it, click Update Information, edit your details, and click Save. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Invoice history:
This section contains a list of the invoices for the payments processed for your Takeoff membership. If you need a copy of your invoice, you have two options:
- Request a copy by emailing support@jacksflightclub.com.
- Download directly — click the invoice you need to view, save, or print.
