How do I update my subscription?

For Card Payments:

You can change or update your billing and subscription details at any time from your Members Lounge after logging into your account here. To do this, click on the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner to access the ‘Subscription’ tab in your profile. From there, you will head to 'Manage your subscription'.

On the this page, you will see the following information:

  • Selected plan
  • Payment method
  • Billing information
  • Invoice history

Plus, you can update or remove your card information and cancel your future billing.


  • Selected Plan:

This section provides information about your plan type (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) and the duration of the plan (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) selected when upgrading to Premium membership.

Here, you will also see your renewal date, unless you have cancelled your future billing, in which case you will see the end date of your Premium period, as well as your first/next/last payment. This information is static and will update once changes are made to your subscription.

  • Payment Method:

After clicking on 'Manage your subscription', this section shows the current card used for your subscription, including the card type (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.). If you have multiple cards saved, the one set as "default" is what will be charged.

The 'Expires' label indicates the card's expiration date, with an 'X' next to it that lets you delete the card info. However, you can only delete a card after cancelling your subscription. To cancel, please follow the guide on this page and return to the 'Manage Your Subscription' tab once you've completed the cancellation process.


To add or update your card information, click on "Add Payment Method." You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the new card details. If you wish to make this new card your primary billing method, select the option "Use as Default Payment Method." After entering the updated information, click "Add" to save the new details.

  • Billing information:

This information is automatically filled in when upgrading based on your details and personal settings. If you have previously saved your payment information during online transactions, your name, address, and phone number will be populated automatically when upgrading. This information is not necessary for JFC, as we do not require or use your personal information.

The billing information is not stored by JFC but is managed through Stripe. If you would like to update or edit this information, simply click on 'Update Information' to add the relevant details and then click 'Save' to confirm the changes.


  • Invoice history:

This section contains a list of the invoices for the payments processed for your Premium membership. If you need a copy of your invoice, you have two options:

1. Email us at support@jacksflightclub.com, and we will send the invoice to the email address linked to your JFC Premium account.

2. Alternatively, click on the invoice you would like to download here:

You will then be directed to the page which will allow you to either download the invoice or the payment receipt.
