What is deal frequency?

When selecting your airport long and short-haul preferences (which you can do here) you'll see an icon next to the airports that will indicate the frequency that we find deals for those airports, 'high', 'medium' and 'low'. (Long and short-haul departures are for Premium members only)

Deal Frequency is a value we use to help members have a reference of how many deals they should receive from each airport.

If we aim to send a deal to that region every deal, the deal frequency will be High. If it's a smaller airport that we rarely see deals too, then the frequency will be Low.

For Low-frequency deals, we try to compensate by sending more snacks for the region which is why we always suggest setting as many airports that are convenient for you to travel from.

If you need help setting up your departure preferences you can follow the guide on this page or go ahead and drop the Member Experience team an email to support@jacksflightclub.com and they'll sort you out.
