Where can I see my membership renewal date?

If you paid by entering your card information on our website, you can view your membership details, including the renewal date, by going to the 'Subscription' tab:

In the 'Subscription' tab, you can also change or update your billing and subscription details at any time by following the guide on this page. If you need further assistance, feel free to email our Member Experience team at support@jacksflightclub.com, and we will help you out!

Please note that if you do not see the 'Subscription' tab in your profile, it may be because you paid via PayPal or iTunes. You can access your billing details on the iTunes or PayPal dashboard under your recurring subscription information. If you believe you paid by card but still can't find the tab, please email us at support@jacksflightclub.com, and we will look into this for you. :)
